New Business Entity for Parma
For over 20 years, Parma Industries, a partnership, has been specialising in the import and supply of truck and bus accessories. In recent times, the owners have also established a Ltd Co. – Parma Industries Ltd, with the intention of moving the operation over to this trading entity.
As from 1st January 2023, the trading assets of Parma Industries come under the ownership of Parma Industries Ltd which is the legal trading entity from that date. In practice the business operates as Parma Group and this name will appear on our invoices, leaflets, and other marketing material from 2023.
The current partners are also the directors of Parma Industries Ltd with the same shareholding and the trading address, telephone number and website etc remain unchanged. This is an exciting step forward for the business and should translate into improved customer service and more product development in the years ahead.
For account customers, in future, please ensure all payments are made to Parma Industries Ltd. This includes all account payments for invoices dated in 2022 as all the historic customer data and balances have been transferred.
